Saturday, August 8, 2020 - Nose: The nose is well balanced and aromatic, filled with apples, pears, peaches, lemon curds, vanilla beans, minerals, flint, white florals, and oyster shells.

Taste: The feel is medium/full bodied with crisp, high acidity. The acidity has a nice bit of sting with well balanced tones of apples, pears, lemon curds, vanilla beans, minerals, white florals, and oyster shells.

Overall: This Is a gorgeous, young Chablis Premier Cru. It shows off great balance and depth across the nose and palate with an irresistible freshness. This needs about an hour to fully open up and could benefit from a few years of aging.
