Saturday, October 22, 2022 - Excellent, a real gem to enjoy. Bought this off a restaurant list in Piemonte last year and brought it back home, opened it today to enjoy it in the sunny autumn mountains. So much depth, texture - fascinating notes of bees wax, flowers, sun-dried apricots. Great to drink now, would expect it to at least keep this level for another five years.
