Monday, December 7, 2015 - A 2005 that is starting to open. The wine shows show some colour development but its core its quite deep. Expressive and typical of its origins with lifted red fruit, beautiful aromatics and some sous-bois. Red cherries in the mouth with a nice mineral cut. Mid-weight and quite long with good structure. Potel can be a bit uneven but this is very good.
