Saturday, December 16, 2023 - This was fantastic tonight and was served from magnum at a family dinner party for ten people featuring chargrilled NY strips, baked potatoes, sautéed mushrooms, Brussels sprout casserole, and garden salad. Very approachable at six years. Great complement to the food; the wine’s structure and black fruits balanced the salty, charred meat. I’ve only had limited experience with this highly reputable producer, but in both cases, the experience has been outstanding.
