Friday, May 5, 2023 - Deliciously aromatic nose of dark cherry, raspberry and plum, wild garrigue, with layers of black olive tapenade, smoked meat, game, leather, peppery spice and a frame of integrated vanillin oak. Ripe and powerful on the palate, but with lift and freshness and a long peppery finish. Drinking very nicely.
