Monday, July 19, 2021 - Upon opening the graphite nose is very inviting but even after 2-3 hours the alcohol is quite strong. Black and blue fruits with graphite and tobacco notes. Last glass was after 10h + of air and it was quite spectacular. Probably needs 3-5 years in bottle or a very long decant!
