Wednesday, April 3, 2024 - Great with some crudo of halibut and lemon juice at Black Sheep in SB. Typical PYCM initial aromas of struck match, which dissipated a bit by the end of the evening. Lighter in style than other wines Pierre makes, but compared to the other PYCM(2020 Bougogne blanc), this was way more substantial and complex. For the price(of PYCM wines), this is a good value.
