Monday, July 5, 2021 - This is really well done, agree with Fowlers note below that this has a rich mouthfeel. Finishes longer than expected. Minerality on the palette, acidity in a great place. Peach and honey on nose. Assume this will improve up a point or two for my tastes after a couple years in the cellar.
