Sunday, March 16, 2014 - Drank at Osteria Gaudente in Osaka approx 11/2012. Decanted for about 1 hour. Bouquet: dried red berry, cream cheese, leather, floral, light spice, herb--fennel.
Flavor: dried red berry, raison, herb--fennel, leather with a long finish.
Comment: Long cork was in great condition. In the past 2 years this wine is repeated mentioned by my friends who drank it as being one of the best they have had. Very aromatic and impressive.
