Tuesday, December 7, 2021 - Consumed over ~1 1/2 hours, warming from fridge temp to cool room temp. Lovely wine, relatively pale and light, with notes of citrus (gently bitter, like lemon pith or grapefruit), white peach, white pepper, and an element that's not "vegetal" but something like a freshly picked sweet pea. Perhaps a touch dilute on the mid-palate, but that's nitpicking, and it might just be the stage of development. Nice acidity and finish. I'm not sure I'd personally purchase more at what seems to be the going price for these ($35+), but I'm certainly glad to have another.
