Opulent for a GV. Nutty and buttery with lentils and yogurt. Green apple, pear, and lime blossom fruit with a spicy finish, like white pepper, cayenne, and jalapeno. Lots of minerals. Very good.

Consumed over ~1 1/2 hours, warming from fridge temp to cool room temp. Lovely wine, relatively pale and light, with notes of citrus (gently bitter, like lemon pith or grapefruit), white peach, white pepper, and an element that's not "vegetal" but something like a freshly picked sweet pea. Perhaps a touch dilute on the mid-palate, but that's nitpicking, and it might just be the stage of development. Nice acidity and finish. I'm not sure I'd personally purchase more at what seems to be the going price for these ($35+), but I'm certainly glad to have another.

Lighter greenish/yellow color. Reticent, elegant and pretty finessed, this is showing nice notes of ripe stone fruit, some citrus, also some steely minerality, a touch of white pepper, also some apple. It‘s medium-bodied, with good medium+ acidity (which is surprising for the vintage) and a pretty long finish with good freshness and tension. There is a touch of bitterness on the finish adding complexity. I like this.

Pale gold. Medium(+) nose - lemon, butter, yogurt, green apple, pear, blossom, wet stone. Developing. Dry high acid medium alcohol medium(-) body. Lemon, grapefruit rind, butter, wet stone. Medium finish. Potential aging. Good.
