Sunday, April 6, 2008 - Typical Loire Cab Franc. Veggies and tobacco, but good fruit as well. Held together suprisingly well after 3 nights open. Revealing a little more fuit along the way, mostly of the red variety. Currants, raspberry. Finish is medium long but on the light side. Absolutely outstanding with food.
