Saturday, December 10, 2011 - Very pretty, nicely balanced with a touch of honeyed brioche for opulence. Nice juicy acidity. Really nice for an NV bottling. Not lively enough to compete with grander bottlings but for an NV this is a standout, and showing quite a bit better than my last tasting of it half a year ago. 91-92+
