91 Points

Wednesday, April 15, 2015 - A French Night at La Belle Vie with a lot of Burgs and Some Others (La Belle Vie, Mpls): Medium gold color. Drank 1 glass over 3o minutes. This had a rather distinctive airy minerality on the nose along with a fairly refined pear top note, followed by some pear blossom. The palate is crisp and refined, pear dominates along with some yeast and subtle apple in the background, deeper with racy acidity and hints of stone fruit with the mineral character. This was an N/V that was purchased over 2 yeas ago and cellared until now. 91+ to 92pts.
