Friday, February 9, 2024 - Nose of black cherry, black raspberry, wet leaves, and lots of spice. Rustic black raspberry palate with beef jerky, cherry, and a funky bitter note. Firm swath of tannins on the finish with black tea, tart cherry, slate, and forest floor and a bay leaf ending.
