Friday, November 11, 2011 - Last bottle, opened and drunk over 2+ hours. Wonderful enticing nose, chalky, fruity, lemony, very much Keller. A little richer in taste, complex and changing, lacking perhaps a little in structure and acidity -- it actually had slight problems facing a fried fish with a compote d'oignons seasoned with an old vinegar and a salad of Puy lentilles with finely chopped vegetables and capers. Still a wonderful wine, though I believe the three following vintages are all even better. I don't see it as improving from here though it will surely stay fine for some years yet.
