Saturday, November 28, 2020 - Explosive nose of grapefruit and passion fruit. Carries on through to the palate. Possibly at its most vibrant within an hour of opening. After that the long finish becomes slightly creamier and has a edge of bitterness. If it had continued in the same vein as the first hour, this would have been one of the most complete wine adventures of my Riesling life. It didn’t, but it is still very very good.
