Sunday, December 31, 2023 - Tasted blind. Straw color. Apples, pears, lime and brioche on the nose. Mostly cantaloupe and pear with bready notes on the end of the palate. Acidity is medium-plus. Overall, tasting blind, it tasted like a vintage champagne. Very good.
