Friday, August 25, 2023 - I could smell this all day. I get peach and lime. The palate reminds me of lemonade, with butterscotch and minerality on the finish. A tad simple but very tasty. I have read that the 2018 vintage should be consumed young, but I’m inclined to give this a little more time. It kept improving with air.
