Wednesday, July 17, 2019 - Dark, purple-red colour. Smells of roses and violets, quite sappy and floral with a sort of stony/mineral component in the background. Something attractively smoky too suggesting some whole bunch. Ripe, red-cherry flavours on the palate, very flavoursome and rich with a lovely sourness balancing things out. Tart marachisno cherry vibe. Fine dusty tannins. Great.
