Monday, October 24, 2016 - Domaine Perrot-Minot Tasting/Dinner with Some Other Great Burgundy from DNS (The Bristol - Chicago IL): Tasted several times tonight over 4 hours. Black and red cherry with baking spice. Powerful to start but slightly backward, this became longer and more powerful with a few hours in a decanter. Very fun, even if not incredibly nuanced. Cellar at least 5 more years.
