Friday, November 26, 2021 - Double decant for 6 hours. Beautiful nose of bacon and dark fruits which carries through to palate. Silky smooth tannins. A big wine, but never heavy. Excellent.

Last pour about 12 hours after opening: a streak of salinity has snuck into the palate, fruit has faded just a little bit.
