Sunday, September 25, 2022 - Decant. 5yrs mark, wanted to see what this wine offer. Wine is dark red, lots of fine sediments.
Smell: black currant, cherry, faint eucalyptus
Palate: bell pepper, some spicy notes, cocao, sweet tannins, high alcohol but balance. The finish isnt long.
Expected more from this 407, its drinking well now but not beautiful. Need more depth.
