Wednesday, January 6, 2021 - Terrible. I had the waiter bring a second bottle, and it was just as bad. Just a terrible wine.

1/7/2021 2:14:00 PM - It might help others if you could be more specific about what you did not like. I can definitely see this (and most other wines) not appealing to everyone -- some like big fruit bombs, some like harsh acidic or tannic wines, etc. I know I liked this wine so it does not apply to me -- but if I were seeking it out and saw a very negative review like yours, I would want to know if the things you did not like might also be thinks I would not like

1/7/2021 2:21:00 PM - Great feedback everyone. Sorry I wasn’t more descriptive. I believe these were my first public notes on a wine.

To answer the question, we found the wine to be sour and the alcohol to be really overpowering. The gas fumes overwhelmed everything else. It didn’t really have any body to it. Like sour red water.

I’ll work harder on getting my evaluations dialed in. Thanks for the feedback.

At least it sounds like the OP had a chance to try a wine of a style that is fairly representative of many other Kermit Lynch (importer) wines (and plenty others that abound), which he/she may chalk off as an experience and side-step in the future. More for the rest of us.
