Friday, January 20, 2023 - Lovely upon opening but it really blossomed after four hour slow-ox. A very herbal potpourri of cedar and thyme balance against a dark fruited backed by dank soil notes (Chile!). Very structured on the palate and definitely has a Left Bank personality with tooth staining tannin. This is lovely and no rush to open either as this should evolve nicely for the medium term as I think it's lacking a touch of acidity to warrant twenty years or so.
