Thursday, March 2, 2023 - Refreshing and fruity wine, raspberry and strawberry notes present. Medium tannins for a Gamay; the balance with the acidity provided an elegant yet unrestrained mouthfeel. Paired extremely well with Nepalese-style lamb vindaloo, but I would expect it to drink well by itself or with charcuterie.

3/2/2023 3:27:00 PM - To add: I suspect in 2-3 years this wine will be drinking perfectly, although it's very pleasant now. Its QPR is already great, but I think it will grow.
