Wednesday, July 19, 2023 - Excellent wine, great structure with a great use of oak. Stone fruits, kumquat and dried apple linger in the aftertaste, minerality and salinity on the initial taste. I think it’s ready to drink now, but can go a little further too if you like more secondary notes.
