Sunday, August 27, 2023 - Pineapple whipped creak sundae, canned pears, still very acidic. Flaky and sweet apple pie. Probably needs another 10 years.

But to justify the price compares to other Mosel ausleses I'd say it had better develop well over the next decade. At this point it is not distinguishing itself for the cost (this is a harsh angle; obviously it's tasty).
