Thursday, December 25, 2014 - This wine is in a great spot right now, if you're willing to decent it for a few hours. Nice dark fruit on the nose, with some secondary aging characteristics starting to come though. On the palate it's a medium to full-bodied effort, with deep dark fruits, good structure, mid-palate and a satisfying and lengthy finish. Really good, but possibly a bit short of what I expected, given its vintage, pedigree and cost.
