Sunday, May 18, 2008 - Decanted for about 4 hours before trying and drank with friends and a marinated flank steak. A great combination! Beautiful nose of dark fruits and a bit of wood. Rich and smooth on the palate mostly black fruits with fine-grained tannins. lengthy finish. Medium-full bodied with a excellent structure, indicating it could well be better in a couple of years. Can't wait to try it again, probably in a year or so.
