Friday, February 19, 2021 - At first this was an abomination of modern sweet ripe fruit. I decided to stay with it however and things trended in the right direction. More typical smokey dark berry notes and leather emerge with hours of air. An unexpected chalky minerality on the nose. Overall still too polished and cake like on the palate but I would consider it drinkable.
