Friday, December 1, 2023 - Yellow. Some high toned petrol, tropical fruit, and citrus. Medium weight, completely dry. Fascinating guava jelly and lemon peel, brisk acidity, and excellent minerality. Less forward and evolved on the palate than the aromas suggest.
