10/21/2020 3:56:00 PM - Just some additional info that I got from Leah at Myriad. (Mike's wife) She said that their wines are a bit backwards in that the Empyrean drinks well earlier then the standard G3. She recommended two years to lie down for the Empyrean and three years for the G3. Thought this may help in your decision on how long to decant as we all want to try earlier.
