Saturday, September 9, 2023 - Immaculate looking bottle and cork. Developed golden color, but no oxidation. Nose of fresh pair, hay, botrytis. Medium weight, still some concentration and grip, honeyed earth, hint of RS giving roundness. Could maybe use some more acid. The slight RS makes it remind me of Alsatian wines more than other white burgundy. Has held up wonderfully for a 28-year-old Mâcon.
