Likes this wine:

Saturday, November 4, 2017 - This is a good, although probably not really grand cru quality wine (though it is not priced at grand cru levels). The nose is classic Corton with game, damp earth, sous bois, and dried red berry fruits. There are hints of leather and dried violet also. The palate has nice structure and energy and overall I'd say the nose smells more advanced than the wine. Overall this was very good with braised short ribs. I would definitely buy this again for $45. I don't see a ton of upside to further cellaring based on this bottle, but it should hold here for several more years.
