Saturday, April 1, 2017 - Who says SA Cab cannot age? This is still drinking wonderfully well at 12 years of age. The fruits are autumnal rather than super ripe and all the better for it. Remains a well balanced wine with a decent length on the finish. Perfect wine for leg of Welsh lamb
