Monday, September 8, 2008 - A dark and inky wine, with a purple tinge to a dark red. The nose is tangy, with cherries and oak. The flavor is a dense packed fruit up front, with a spicy finish of tannins that has good staying power. This will get better over the next five years, great with grilled steaks, Fajitas, and heavy sauces.
