Thursday, December 20, 2007 - Opened and decanted a few minutes. Initially, a fairly closed nose. This opened up markedly over two hours of drinking into a solid, meaty, full-bodied syrah. The nose had some sparkling menthol/eucalyptus notes. This needs time, but seems a solid and forward-looking value.
