Friday, January 4, 2019 - This is like drinking a Sunday roast. Beef stock, root veg and black pepper are very pronounced on the palate. Nicely balanced with gentle tannins and firm acidity on the attack. Has a savoury aniseed intensity that is curiously pleasing.
