Wednesday, February 4, 2015 - pale yellow, like many new world SB's on release;nose of crisp green apple, ginger, lime; more lime and citrus notes on the palate to begin, getting a hint of custard, brulee, later. Also tropical fruit flavors ginger, tart mango, very good acidity( sorry Winedoctor) and balance; aging very slowly, just a hint of softness and increased richness in the tropical fruits since my last tasting 12-2013. Probably wont' pop another for 5 yrs
