Friday, May 26, 2023 - Gorgeous. Honeyed citrus nose showing an incredible steely, fresh, subtle salinity — reminiscent of early morning air by the sea. Plenty of dense saffron up front with dried peaches, and apricots. Nuttiness and silky rich sweetness on the palate, balanced by a light acid component. Really pretty.
