Thursday, February 4, 2021 - This wine was very fresh and fruity with a touch of honeysuckle and a hint of sweet, mild honey. An undertone flavor reminiscent of fresh wildflowers was present. There were notes of tangerine and a bit of orange marmalade. An unmistakable hint of dried apricots and raisins were in the background. It was very smooth with no harshness. Although sweet and rich, the sweetness was fresh and not overpowering. Although a still wine, it reminded me more of a very rare and elite champagne. This is without a doubt one of the very finest wines I have ever tasted.
