Saturday, July 5, 2014 - Consumed over ~1 hour. Mandarin orange & canned pear notes, honeyed sweetness with slightly green and bitter hints. Sweet on the palate, without enough acid for balance. May have been better with salty cheeses or something similar to offset the sweetness.
