Friday, July 17, 2020 - Pale yellow colour, smells of quince and in the background a little bit of lovage, has a tiny, tiny oily core, medium body, sweetish, but not overly sweet, more half-dry, in the mouth apricot and quince, the first glass doesn’t have much acidity, the second glass has more, it’s a medium acidity now, which now better balances the residual sugar, in the aftertaste acidity, apricot and a little bit of quince, quite a long finish (20 sec), good Kabinett, but could have more acidity.
