Pale yellow colour, smells of quince and in the background a little bit of lovage, has a tiny, tiny oily core, medium body, sweetish, but not overly sweet, more half-dry, in the mouth apricot and quince, the first glass doesn’t have much acidity, the second glass has more, it’s a medium acidity now, which now better balances the residual sugar, in the aftertaste acidity, apricot and a little bit of quince, quite a long finish (20 sec), good Kabinett, but could have more acidity.

Deisel and pears on the nose. Pears and apples on the taste. Medium acidity. Overall, its decent but can use more acidity.
