Sunday, December 31, 2023 - almost no atmospheres of pressure left (cork BARELY expanded on opening) had on xmas eve. Sarahs birthyear bottle. so sentimental bonus point given. Aged notes with cheese notes surprisingly mono-dimensional with almonds predominant: but surprising dearth of butter/toast notes. less surprisingly no primary fruit beyond a shadow of green apple / stoney citrus.

Im not too well versed in vintage Champagnes but I’d say Drink up!
