Thursday, April 2, 2015 - Guys Dinner (Wildfire Chicago): Chris brought this to Wildfire Chicago with the guys. Holy Moly did it perform well.
Absolutely stunning funky nose of yellow brioche, fresh cut flowers, minerals and some fragrant lemon zest.
The palate is stunning. Long finish with marmalade elements. So dry and laser like focus on the back end. Killer and still very young.
Highly recommended for a Champagne around $100.
