Saturday, April 1, 2023 - Decanted about an hour before pairing with hanger steak, roasted potatoes, and arugula salad.
Nose: pencil shavings, graphite, cranberry sauce, gum rubber, celery seed/Cel-ray, Pastis
Palate: medium weight, tart red fruit, stone, fine tannin well integrated, medium finish
This is drinking well and quite enjoyable. Don’t see it getting better from here, so drink and enjoy now.
