Thursday, November 23, 2023 - 2 hour decant; a lighter style of Cabernet, showing less richness and fruit and more acidity. Cherries, black tea, cigar box, a hint of green stemminess. Tannins still kicking pretty hard as well. Will leave my last bottle alone for another couple of years. Drink 2024-2032+.
