Tuesday, February 27, 2024 - The 2017 Inglenook Cabernet is a very not so typical Cali Cab. I popped and I poured, and I sipped a very nice wine. It is not a fruit bomb, nor is it a tannin bomb either. It is medium bodied, and has just the right amount of everything. Cellaring another two years may improve this wine, but it is excellent right now. Is it worth $55 a bottle? Definitely.
